Abstract Introduction The Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network Trials Unit (DIAN-TU) trial
is an adaptive platform trial testing multiple drugs to slow or prevent the progression of
Alzheimer's disease in autosomal dominant Alzheimer's disease (ADAD) families. With
